J L Mann High School

If your child is smart, motivated & well-behaved, J.L. Mann is a wonderful school. My son graduated from Mann, received a full scholarship to an excellent college & is now attending an excellent graduate school. However, if your child is a discipline problem or can't keep up with the curriculum, you probably won't care for this school

Excellent school for above average kids. Has a great teachers who care and a great principal. If your child is artistic or science and math genius this is a great school. Also good for sports and Rotc. My daughter has done excellent at this school and part of high school is finding the right group of peers. I am more than sastified that she will be ready for college.

As with everything, there are some great teachers here, but most are a sad excuse for a teacher. If teachers don't show respect to the students, the students (and parents) cannot respect them. Even the Principal showed disrelspect when I wrote a lettter of concern and he NEVER responded to my letter. He could have even let me know he had recieved my letter, but NOTHING! JLMann has a LONG way to go...

J.L. Mann and the faculty is a joke !! they don't listen tp parents so i believe my child when i'm told they don't listen to the students. Or maybe it's based on income? 4 & 5 Stars for this school? I did need a good laugh today.

JL Mann is a caring educational institution. The teachers want their students to succeed and make the time to help them out in any way possible. Both of my sons have attended JL mann and I can tell you first hand the parent invlovement in 2nd to none. Now that we have moved into the brand new building, everything is great!

i love this school its the best high school around because the teachers here are so nice and they respect thier students thanks for upholding such a great school

My son graduated from JLMANN, It prepared his to be a successful Pharmancist. This school is very Diverse and It has a curriculum that is very challenging. IF You want a caring student body and a school that has a great technology program you will find it at JLMann. The school remind me of a prestigious prep school in Boston.

JL Mann High School overall was a satisfactory school. I received an education that prepared me for college. On the other hand, I had an eagerness and a willingness to learn, and the educators and leadership of the school were willing to nuture those characteristics. Thanks JL Mann High School staff for all of your hard work. (Class of 1990)
