GCS is an incredible school! If you are looking for a Christian based school with high standards, academically and ethically, look no more!! The teachers truly care about each and every child and you will feel like part of a large family. I can not say enough positive things about this school. YOU ROCK GCS!!!

GCS has fantastic leadership. Over the past two years, the new head of school has done an exceptional job of leading the school- from academic excellence to improved athletics. The GCS faculty is exceptional. Academics is a top priority. A new athletic field is home to a great football team, soccer team and now track & field. We also have a new baseball & softball field.

Poor board leadership. Too much self interest on board.

GCS is more than your average Christian school. It has the lowest tuition cost of any accreditted school of it's size in the southeast. The teachers are incredible and the administration encourages parental involvment. The school has many great traditions that the children have grown to love and enjoy. I can't say that I have any complaints about the education they offer or the value that they offer to the Christian community.

About these ratings

The Community Rating is the school’s average rating from its community members (e.g., parents, students, and school staff). The highest possible rating is five stars; the lowest is one star.

We currently do not have any test score information for this school. Unlike public schools, private schools are not always required to report data about their schools or not required to take the same tests as public schools. Many private schools take different standardized tests; however, that information is often made available only to families of enrolled students. We strive to acquire additional private school data whenever available.
