School highlights:
I couldn't see my children any where else but ECS! We all love it here!
Emmanuel is a great school. My child loves it there but the dress code is very particular. The only complaint me and other parents I have talked with have is the dress code. Everything else is great.
I have been very pleased with my child's experience at Emmanuel. He is now in the upper school and very involved in extra-curicular activities. While at Emmanuel he has been able to grow not only in academic and athletic areas, but in spiritual ones too. He enjoys the chapel with the student-lead praise band, and the caring Christ-like atmosphere the administration has created. Going to Emmanuel has been one of the best things that has ever happened for our son. We highly recommend this school!
Emmanuel Christian School is the perfect school for my family. We have had our children enrolled at Emmanuel for 5 years and I have not once worried about their safety. The love they receive from faculty members everyday is fantastic. They are learning at a higher level than all the public schools in the area. Most important my children can pray and speak about God anytime they want to. I have no problems recommending this school to any parent.
I love the encouraging faculty and staff. Children receive individualized instruction and extra help whenever it's needed. The sports programs are great, from elementary to high school. The music and drama productions are top-notch, and the class sizes are just right.
ECS is homeschool friendly. I have five homeschool students that participate in the athletic programs of ECS as well as take one class. They also can participate in the SCACS Fine Arts Program. I have been very impressed with the sports leadership. The students are learning self discipline, character development, and how to be a better athlete with a spiritual emphasis. Our involvement with ECS has been a positive experience.
I have a teenager in Emmanuel and she absolutely loves it. Her over-all knowledge has improved and the student life is great. She is involved in sports and is accepted in the group. The sports programs at Emmanuel are great and they teach my child displine while having fun in a loose atmosphere. (She was a part of the 2004 volleyball state championship team.) There is a wonderul 'Parent Teacher Fellowship' that my whole family is involved in. But most importantly my child gets the best education around, with a Christian enviroment and loving staff. I would recommend Emmanuel to anyone.
Emmanuel is a great school. I have 2 kids in it and recommend it to others. It is growing quickly (lower 300's in 2003-2004) and has one of the best SAT averages in this area. Academically, it is the best other than the Governor's School and the Academic Magnet School. It's sports and fine arts programs are developing and will be the best in the next few years. Featuring soccer, baseball, basketball, music for elementaries and musical theatre arts for high school.
