Discovery School is the best school in Lancaster County. It is a charter school and if you want a good start to your child's education, this school is a great place to start. From Language arts to Spanish classes, to the discipline policies, this school gets a big thumbs up from this parent.

Discovery School has provided a wonderful atmosphere for my children to learn. Teachers encourage students to strive for excellence while realizing that there are multiple areas of intelligence. The low student:teacher/staff ratio contributes to a sense of community within the school. The leadership team encourages parental input and involvement. I wish students everywhere had the opportunity to participate in such an excellent learning environment.

I could not ask for a better education for my child than what he receives at Discovery School. The low student to teacher ratio allows for more one on one with my child, and also allows for a closer relationship between teacher and parent. Parent involvement is the backbone of Discovery School. The faculty and staff work together with parents to make this not only a great learning environment, but a close community atmosphere as well.
