Laurens District 55 High School

My son is a senior and transferred from Greenville County Schools to LDHS his freshman year. He has had a very positive experience. He is in the honors classes and has not had anything but wonderful teachers. He is in the marching band and finds the program to be excellent. Mr. Entrekin is a huge asset and will ensure that the band will go far in the next few years. The main setbacks for LDHS is the lack of a PTA and parental involvement. Thank you LDHS for a wonderful education for my child and preparing him for a future in college!

This school has improved tremendously. The campus, the teachers, the students. I really enjoy the activites. Safety is very much inforced. I would like to give a huge shout out to Mrs. DeDe Bolt. She is a extreme caregiver, and really gives you courage and a positive attitude to do your best. She knows how to teach Math. Thanks to the principal for her hardwork and those who give their all.

I just want to say i think the school needs alot improvement,But i would like to say thanks to one of the best 9th grade math teachers ever She takes the time to listen and acts like she cares a very hard thing to find in teachers at laruens high school and a big thanks goes out to Mrs.Hester.
