The new Principal Strawderman has been enforcing a lot of rules that previous Principal Brown has not, which some are completely ridiculous. At registration for this new school year it was complete chaos and very unorganized compared to previous years here at NMBHS. The morning of when your suppose to get your schedule, they didn't even have all of them printed out and had to wait in a crowd of people for them to get their jobs straight. Hopefully this school year will turn out a bit better than it has started out to be.

My daughter is a senior this year, and has done wonderful at NMBH, my other daughter is just beginning going into the 9th grade,we got her registered and had such a wonderful experience,my daughter was a little frightened going to a new school and all, which is normal, but her 9th grade counselor Mr. Defeo was wonderful with myself and my daughter, making her feel very welcomed and relaxed about the new transition.

Our son is a freshman as North Myrtle Beach High, and we've been so impressed with the innovative approach to learning, the caring attitudes of teachers and staff, and the all-around feeling of teamwork we've witnessed. For the first time in his life, our son says he is having a good time while learning. What more could we ask for?
