I so am proud of this school and the students for their commitment to a drug-free lifestyle. Drug testing is a standard procedure that NMBCS conducts at mutiple times during the year. I am happy to say that EVERY single student has passed the drug tests conducted. Way to go kids!! Keep up the good work!!!!

I am thrilled with the education, both spiritually and academically, my children are receiving at NMBCS. The small class sizes and dedication of the teachers enables each child to learn individually and receive all the help and encouragement they need. I know that the staff prays for each child and goes above and beyond for each and every family and child in their care. The principal, Mrs. Adams, gives her all and is one of the most dedicated women I have ever met. My sons are excited to go to school each day and are receiving an excellent education. I am also blessed to see their spiritual growth each and every day!

We have an active CPO within our school that has really raised the bar this year for which I'm very appreciative for. My child is about to start his Sr. year and has been attending NMBCS for 6 years. His SAT was well above average and better than many on the public school level with a current 3.85 GPA. I'm proud off our school and I'm proud of the man that my son is becoming. He's involved in Student Council, Beta Club, Soccer, Basketball and has played Baseball. As much as I'd love to take all of the credit for his accomplishments, I can't. The educators and administration of NMBCS are a major factor in his life and for that....I'm most grateful.

i am an employee at NMB Christian School. My oldest son graduated last year from this school and I have a rising junior who fully intends to graduate from NMBCS. I know God sent me to this school for my children. I know my children are in a Christian environment where they are taught by certified teachers who are always willing to go the extra mile for the children. I see this every day. I have witnessed our Principal Pray for each student at the alter of God many times. The students at NMBCS know they are loved. They are like family. They may argue but, they always quickly make up and move forward to become even better people because they have learned to Pray and Love through Jesus. To one who has faith, no explanation is necessary. To one without faith, no explanation is possible. Amen

My son has attended North Myrtle Beach Christian since he was four years old. He is not graduating this year. The school has given him a good foundation and he is now taking college classes along with high school classes. Hooray!!!

I am very pleased with the progressive nature of the school. My children enjoy a comfortable environment to study the biblical curriculum that is taught. It is also assuring to know that all the teachers are well-educated and accredited. They are very happy with the personal attention they receive. In addition, the new gym is wonderful and our athletics progam is growing strong! Victory in Jesus!

NMBC has an amazing student/teacher ratio which has added greatly to my childs abiltiy to learn and move through subjects. He is given much greater one on one attention then he received at the public shcool. Because of the smaller class sizes he has been able to excel at a faster pace. Because the over-all school size is smaller he was motivated to go out for all the sports programs that were offered,no intimidation, eveyone on the teams were made to feel as if they were really needed no matter their skill level, which was encouraging and helped the over-all growth of the teams over the season. Everyone, parents, teachers and students are all working together for a common goal- educationial and spiritual growth of the student in a positive supported and safe enviorment.

About these ratings

The Community Rating is the school’s average rating from its community members (e.g., parents, students, and school staff). The highest possible rating is five stars; the lowest is one star.

We currently do not have any test score information for this school. Unlike public schools, private schools are not always required to report data about their schools or not required to take the same tests as public schools. Many private schools take different standardized tests; however, that information is often made available only to families of enrolled students. We strive to acquire additional private school data whenever available.
