I am a parent of a kindergarden and 2nd grader at Dover and have so far not been pleased with the administration. The school's appearance and some of the teachers are great, but the principal seems to be more interested in controlling parents and the outward appearance of the school than the well-being of the children. She is disrespectful and rude. My children have had several great teachers, however the principal has not made it easy for them either. Many are transferring due to her control issues. Dover would be a great school if a few changes were made.
