If you are a typical working parent, and your child is not in the top of the class, they are pushed to the side and forgotten about. If you are a frequent face at the school, maybe its different, but even as a parent I was treated as a person of no importance. I will be taking my children out of this school. The principal is arrogant and must have things HIS way. The third grade teachers are not good at communication with parents.

I'm on the PTA Board at Ambler. I have 2 boys. One is going to be in K5 & the other in 2nd grade. I've been with Ambler for 3 years now. I LOVE this school! I'm originally from Ca. Now that I have children I can't stand to think about them going to a Ca. school. Ambler is a small school with under 300 children. The teachers are wonderful. The principal is a Godsend. The students & parents are great. It's almost like being at a private school. The children really get alot of individual attention.

My son attended Ambler for almost an entire school year. Half way into the year he developed pneumonia and was in the hospital for two weeks. Every teacher got together and had their classes sign a get well soon banner for him. Mrs Bolding was his first grade teacher and her class sent him gifts and drew special cards. Mrs Bolding, and Principal Lewis, have gone above and beyond helping my son get caught up with his school work and excel in learning! They are wonderful with the children and always put them first! The school itself has a fabulous learning program and is certainly one of the very best in the state!
