I do not feel as though the teachers truly care about the students and their success. The comment about the secretary is true as well. I have had numerous issues with this school and am looking to move my son elsewhere. I would not recommend placing your child here at this time.

My child started Bryson Middle school after the private school she was attending closed. I was unsure what to expect but can only say I was PLEASANTLY surprised!! Bryson Middle school is a fantastic school with very caring, competent teachers. The athletic events we have attended have been very well supervised. Yes there is still teenage drama but the school itself is wonderful. I don't feel the teachers and faculty get enough credit for all they do for the students. I would recommend Bryson Middle school without hesitation.

The woman in the office is so rude she makes the DMV people look like saints! I do not like this school.

Principal at BMS is fantastic. Very student oriented. Atmosphere at school is great. BMS has one of the best music departments in the state. Also, the Robotics Team is also top notch. Lots of extra curriculars for the kids to choose from. In the process of implementing a uniformed dress code. PTSA is awesome.

I was a bit nervous at first being new in the area and my child attending Bryson Middle School after reading some of the reviews on this page. I must say, I am no longer nervous. The school is newly re-done, clean, and friendly. My son loves his teachers and they routinely email progress reports where I can keep tabs on grades and homework. Fortunately my child is a good student and enjoys his time at Bryson. THere are kids that misbehave, but not any more than any other school we have attended. THis school is not given enough credit.

This is my son's first year at this school. So far his teachers have been very helpful. Cleanliness seems to be good. The new Principal was the Principal at my son's elementary school. He is a very nice christian man and also his wife. He had the school running smoothly and was very helpful with my two sons. He really cares about the children and the involvement of their families. He has already made some great changes at Bryson Middle and I am sure he will keep doing so. I would now rate the Principal Leadership of this school 5 star.

Bryson Middle School strives to teach students to become life-long learners. Our goal is for each student to achieve their best. We cannot succeed without the help of parents. We find that students who come from homes where the parents are actively engaged in the student s school life are much more likely to be successful. Under our new leadership, disciplinary problems are down, fights are down, school cleanliness is up and overall morale of teachers and students is up. 6th grade teachers are trying to involve parents by holding Parent Academy classes to help parents transition to Middle School. Education needs to be a partnership between students, parents, and teachers. When this partnership begins to blossom, test scores and student success will rise. The faculty at Bryson Middle hopes that all parents are open to this partnership. Together, we can make a difference.
