School highlights:
This school is an amazing school and i luv the teachers and students there they are understandable and caring they grades may not be perfect but they are good
this school is one of the most involved schools in south carolina and the teacher do every thing that they can to help thier students in the best way possible and if i could go back in time and do middle school agian i would just to go back through withlock
I had 3 children go through this school and it was a bad experience for all three. There were several outstanding teachers for whom I am very grateful, but mostly it was a giant step back academically from their potential and their prior achievements. I believe this to be the case regardless of ethnicity or income bracket. The impact the Junior High experience has rolls over into High School, and students from Whitlock were at a tremendous disadvantage, and most never recovered from this academically or socially. My information is not current, the youngest graduated HS in 1998, but judging from the statistics on your website, nothing much has changed.
