My two children have attended this school since K-4 and are now in middle school. The school is small enough that the children get individual attention. The atmosphere is family-like. Despite the lack of physical facilities, there is always an air of excellence and optimism one cannot help but tap into. My children score consistently at the 99th percentile on the Iowa National Tests -- and I doubt it's ALL 'genetics' : ) Kudos to St Paul's; thank you for all you do -- my children love you. In an otherwise dismal school district this is the beacon of light.Great teachers and quality education, children are behaving and parents are involved. Only way to improve it: SCHOOL VOUCHERS. Truly wish we would have enough money and means to expand school to 12th grade. Our nightmare will begin in 4 years when our oldest son has to go to the public school in district 7. Do consider moving to Greenville,SC,where they can go to another great Catholic privat school.

Great School. Students are taught in a caring environment. Students consistently excel in standarized testing and excel when moving on to high school. Wonderful teachers.

About these ratings

The Community Rating is the school’s average rating from its community members (e.g., parents, students, and school staff). The highest possible rating is five stars; the lowest is one star.

We currently do not have any test score information for this school. Unlike public schools, private schools are not always required to report data about their schools or not required to take the same tests as public schools. Many private schools take different standardized tests; however, that information is often made available only to families of enrolled students. We strive to acquire additional private school data whenever available.
