At Tigerville everyone really cares for the children. Each teacher my children have had has gone above and beyond what a teacher is hired to do. The activities and opportunities are endless. Thanks Tigerville!!!!!!!!!

A school that has teachers, children and parents working hand in hand is a commodity that needs to be nourished and enriched.

Principle, Staff and Teachers, teaching methods in a very small very personal setting. A chance to know al he students and parents at personal levels tucked away in the Northern part of Greenville County. Now the school also offers teaching staff with more education and special services to help our Children We are blessed being able to attend due our son has a major speaking problem and with the current help and teaching he is starting to shows a sign of improvement (So We thanks them very much). g

Tigerville has been the best School in the world!!!! I went there & now my children have gone there. I still have one there & she loves it there. She is always eager to go to School to see what she will learn each day. She especially loves going to the Science lab where Mrs. Deb Turner is the Teacher. Mrs. Turner is one of many of the faculty & staff there that goes above & beyond the call of duty to teach these precious young minds. You will always see smiles on every child's face when you go there. They all have this gleam in there eyes with excitement just at the chance to learn something new. They absolutely love the hands on attention they receive from the Teachers. I have walked into many a School doorway, but have never felt as welcome as I feel when I walk into Tigerville Elementary's doors. I know my children are being well taken care of & well taught. They always welcome all families to come in to volunteer or just to observe. Nothing to hide, just loving & educating children going on there. Thank you Tigerville for all the hard work & dedication you put forth everyday.

Tigerville Elementary is a small, rural, loving school. I have never come across a staff that sincerely love their jobs. There is not a teacher that doesn't enjoy coming to class and working with the students on a daily basis. The faculty are like a small community. When someone is down, either staff members or school families, they join together to pick them up. They never think twice to offer assistance, both physical and finacial, to any situation. The principal believes in the importance of what is best for each and every student under her care. She is there for those children and nothing else, even when this goes against the grain of the district or the parent. I value all of the Tigerville faculty and staff. The district has proposed in their necessary budget cuts to eliminate the Science Lab Instructors. Our science teacher is only part time (2 days per week), yet her insight and love of science is truly inspriring to the students she touches. The families and staff are fighting to find a way to keep her position at the school. This is just one more reason to see that Tigerville Elementary is a top school of education.

The teachers and staff at Tigerville are awesome. It's a big family where everyone cares for each other. When we win, we all win. When we hurt, we all hurt.

I am both a parent and teacher at Tigerville. It is so reassuring to send my children to a school where the faculty and staff love the students and respect their individuality. My kids are thrilled to go to school each day, and there is no place in the world that I'd rather teach. I am proud to be part of the Tigerville family, where kids are at the top!

It is a very small school with a very big heart!

Posted May 4, 2010

It places a serious focus on improving education and recognizes the high IQ children and instead of calling it ADHD they are teaching those children to better channel all the information coming at them at once and not telling them something is wrong with them while placing them on the drug ritalin which is in the addictive category with heroine and cocaine. I'm very proud of this school and it must continue!
