Milbank High School is progressive, yet traditional. It strives to offer a wide variety of courses at varying levels. There are courses for college-bound students, including AP classes in house and web-based. A variety of vocational courses are also available. Several graduates turn these classes into a vocation, choosing to further their training in near-by vocational schools. All students are treated fairly and efficiently by a caring staff, headed by the principal, a former graduate of this school.
