Doris Miller is the worst school I have ever encountered. If your child is not white, beware of your child being labeled as a troublemaker due to race. There is no incentive for these kids to go to school on a daily basis. No awards, etc.. I would never recommend this school to a parent. If you are thinking of going to this school, I would think again.. This school only cares about the headcount so they can continue to get the money per kid.
Miller elementary has a fantastic band program for the 5th and 6th graders. The chorale is very good also. The level of difficulty of work in this school is very advanced.
