We live in Florida. My 12 years old daugther has a good IEP, after many lawyers. Now She is in Middle School and the answer about her IEP is We need a reevaluation because the school can afford to pay for her One to One. My child is autistic, epyleptic,ADHD, Non Verbal and in great need of help. Change to a private school is no option, her disabilitys make the extra tuition to expensive and is no schools available in a ratio of half hour driving. Give me hope and ideas please.

THE PUBLIC SCHOOLS COVER EVALUATION (BY LAW) SOME PARENTS WNAT THEIR OWN EVALUATION BY A NEUTRAL PARTY-WHICH THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYING. THE PUBLIC SYSTEM HAS TO ACCOMMODATE YOUR DAUGHTER NEEDS-IN THE THE EVENT THEY CAN'T...THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR DAUGHTER TUITION-WHERE EVER SHE MAY GO. IF THE STATE RECEIVES ANY TYPE OF GRANTS OR SCHOLARSHIPS MONEY FOR SPECIAL NEEDS KIDS...THEY ARE OBLIGATED TO ASSIST YOU. AND IF THEY DON'T RECEIVE THOSE PERKS AND YOUR IEP DETAILED-YOU JUST NEED TO GET YOU AN ADVOCATE TO HELP YOU ENFORCE THE IT. YOUR IEP IS LAW-CROSS COUNTRY.....
