Yes of course they should. It is the school,s responsibility to educate the child, not feed him.

If a child/parent chooses hot lunch and they are not on assistance then the answer is yes, but it should be a choice. If a child/parent is on assistance the child should bring lunch from home since it is already paid for by taxpayers.
