My son has fun doing homework in the car while running errands, then when we get back home he's free to do whatever he wishes to do. :)

I have to disagree with two of the statements that were written negatively about our principal I know who this parent is and there is no way that what you do to please her she will never be satisfied. Mrs. Durrant has nothing but our kids in mind.

Definitely no tv, no games, no friends until homework is done.

Enroll in a school where the homework is generated by the children's classroom activity; where the children want to continue their classroom work at home because they just don't have enough time at school to satisfy their thirst for knowledge.

No privileges until homework is done. That means no TV, no computer, no video games, no friends over - until the work is done.

The best way to motivate children to do their homework is to, reward them with a small toy, book, or a healthy snack.
