Not solely responsible. But a lot of responsibility should lie with the parents.

Schools shouldn't be solely responsibl, but I do think they should monitor the younger kids. School computers are protected very well but there is always a chance smtg bad cld pop up and tha teacher Shld be there to find out how it happened

That is a parent's job to teach their child about online safety. Each parent has their own views on what they allow their child to do online. School Computers tend to be highly protected.

There is Indiana Legislative Code supporting policy. Why not help kids understand early on about safety. geeez. Its okay to talk to kids about this. It should be taught before first. HELLO people! not all kids live in suburbia!

Both parents and schools NEED to be responsible for all aspects of safety and security for our children during the time they in each of their care and guidance.

No. They should only go over what the school rules are for computers. If the teachers wants to go into more deatail then sure go aheas but I have my own rules at home. I think parents should be more involved with their children we should be the ones.

YES!! I was scared and shocked the first time I heard my step-dtr talking about Gaggle...I never recieved any notes about in school social websites. I am pleased with her teachers but I am VERY DISAPPOINETED with the overall communication..Unless it
