I have to say my child has this love going to school everyday and I credit that to staff and teachers at Bean Station. I have had experience with another local school and I have to say that BSE is so much better comparing the test scores. I have read the other reviews on this school and for the parents who were commenting on their child not remembering their 1st grade words all I have to say learning also comes from the home and its not the schools responsiblity to make sure your enforcing what your child learns at home that would fall on the parent.

I currenylt have two boys in school there. I have never before seen my children get excited to go to school . Ms Kendra has show so much compassion and my son has been progressing well. Ms Sharon has had such a positive effect on my other son. He comes home proud of what he has learned. I couldnt be happier with this school.

I have had three kids go through Bean Station Elementary and they all loved it. They had great teachers and excelled when they went to high school. The school is in a small town community and this is one of the reasons we have liked it. Everyone seems to care about each other. You get out what you put into it and my children were challenged academically at BSE. There are a lot of low socio-economic students there, but the test scores were as good or better than comparable schools.

I love this school and so do my girls. This is one of the best elementary schools there is. These teachers love their jobs and the students they have. Thank You Bean Station Elementary for all you do for our kids.

I am a nine year graduate of B.S.E, and I have to say that is school is all a child could ever ask for. Here at B.S.E the common child picks up on social skills, extra help that one math problem they just dont seem to get, and most important education. It's true B.S.E is the place to be! Dont want your kid to get in trouble? No problem , this ''small-town'' school isnt very populated so your child wont be exposed to the abuse and drugs nowday schools offer along with their education. So, why isnt (your) child enrolled? The teachers are great and caring, the food is well (edible) and the janitors get paid for their work (more than should be though) So, good luck i know you'll enroll him/her

My child is also attending BSE and I wish my child was not attending here.I also have noticed my son not being up to grade level on alot of subjects. We have been in other places before and i think that the faculty and parents(and students) here are just plain lazy. They never have any homework and they have no outside pe(or inside). I believe that schools like this one actually give the state the negative nick names they do because of poor education.

My daughter is currently attending BSE. She has not been progressing for a 4th grader,She has forgotten how to spell first grade words! I believe that this county and its schools are not up to national school standards. And these kids have off way too many days, they had a 3 week(21 days) winter holiday.

Bean Station School is a good school i believe they offer the kids the same opportunity as any other kids in the school. I see very little favortism. There are some politics with the teachers who have kids that go to the school, but in all its hardly noticed. The teachers are very helpful and caring. The school does need to be cleaned better it does seem a little filthy at times but i believe if it had a janitor to mop and dust and sanitize and the teachers were to clean up there rooms it would be great.
