I paid the waiting list deposit for this facility in June 2015 only because I was assured several times by employees that my daughter would have a spot beginning mid-February 2016 when I needed it and that I was "1st on the waiting list." I called back periodically over the next few months to verify this information and was again assured. I called again mid-January 2016 and I was told for the first time ever that my child would not have a spot until "at least August 2016" even thought I was allegedly still "1st on the waiting list." I was misled and deceived by them in to paying the waiting list fee. The director failed to ever call me to discuss the situation, although I was told she would. I finally wrote a letter and expressed my dissatisfaction and requested a refund of the waiting list deposit, but they denied that simple request as well. Poor professionalism and poor communication all around. I feel lucky to have found a great facility for my child to attend and I am actually glad that I dodged this bullet, as I have heard from others that they were quite dissatisfied with this facility as well.
