I have had my two children at RCA for the past 6 years. I would not have my kids anywhere else. They are getting an excellent education in a great Christian atmosphere. RCA is a blessing to my family.

Riverside Christian Academy is a small, non-denominational school that recently received SACS and NCSA accreditation. In 2007 it was rated the best school in Lincoln County. Our family is very pleased with RCA. The teachers and staff are caring and competent. When you walk through the doors, there is a quiet and orderly hum of activity, reminiscent of typical school atmospheres when parents were young. Strolling through the halls and looking into the open classrooms, you will often find students of all ages engaged in hands-on activities, most of whom have smiling faces. The curriculum is challenging, and includes Bible studies (there is a substantial amount of homework which requires some parental assistance). Riverside stresses academic learning, but their philosophy also involves spiritual and physical development. There is time for recess and sports, including football, baseball and soccer. Students are required to wear school uniforms, but the requirements are not excessive.
