I LOVE South Lincoln Elementary & Middle School. There hasn't been a school from here to Germantown (Memphis) TN that can compare! I love the manner in which the staff communicates with the parents / grandparents & I wished it was a HS also. My grandchildren has had great academics & opportunity as never before at South LIncoln. I give this school a (10) from a personal standpoint & have to mention that it starts at the top with Mr. Fanning. Loving the idea that sports is an option for the students, cheerleading, music.....and I could go on. Staff is key, and this is what makes this school #1 in my book.
Great school all around! Love the principal! All of my childrens teachers (except one 5th grade teacher) have been wonderful about keeping me updated on my childrens progress and have been very respectful towards me and awesome in the classroom with my children. My children love it there and I dont think I could be as happy with them at any other school! Also, I do have a child in middle school there, and he and I both love all his teachers!! Challenging academics and a great athletic program also. I would recommend South Lincoln to anyone!!! Great School!!
I went to school my 7th grade year of 2009.The teachers were bad.I didn't like some of them,I only liked two of them. I had IBS,Acid Reflex, and I was lactose and tolerate, Before I found out about this I had stomache pains 24 hours a day and it hurt me bad. All I have to say is that this school is not for people who is in pain and if you dont go there a whole year, they will hail you back like they did me ya it might be good for the Prek-5 grade wait to they go to 6-8 omg. The principal was nice and the assistant was rude to me and my mom. So I would not recommend this school I recommend Flintville Middle School
Great school. Good principal, great teachers. My daughter is going to first grade. Teachers are very friendly. They invite parents and siblings and my younger daughter loves to play with her sister.
We have two children at South Lincoln. The school's criteria is very challenging, and has a staff that works with our children to meet this criteria. It's rated in the top 10 of the state, and definitely the best in the district. I love the faculty and would recommend this school to anyone.
Great school all the way around. Great teachers and principal. My daughter has learned so much in her few years there.
This is a wonderful school. The principal knows what he's doing. He cares for his teachers and students. It's a pleasure to visit here... A Roxanne Norvell Grandmother of a student
I have a 10th grader who went all through south lincoln and i just loved the teachers and everyone in the school Mr Holder is a very understanding man and i know since my daughter has left some of the teacher have changed and now that it is time for my 5 year old to start i feel comfortable knowing that there are still some good and kind hearted teachers at a school i dearly love
I am caregiver for my 10 yr. old grandson who is ADHD. He has been medicated on various stimulants since 1st grade. I finally made the decision this yr. to remove him from all meds. because of the severe side-affects that were causing him serious health issues. It has been a difficult road for all his teachers involved. He requires much patience His 4th grade teacher has been a great help. She has been more than understanding with his inability to finish work, focus on the tasks at hand and his capacity to deal with small problems.Earlier in the year I had the opportunity to meet with all of my grandsons teachers, counselors, after-school caregivers, special ed. teachers and upper management from our county school superintendent's office. They proved to me that each one of them would and do take a personal interest in his education and personal well-being. Thumbs up to South Lincoln School!
Having had my children in another school in this district by far South Lincoln is the best. The teachers are great. My children have had a wonderful experience and have excelled in their elementary and middle school days because of the dedication of all involved.
My two sons went here for 4 years and it was a great school. Fairly tight nit community, great teachers (got to try out 2 out of 3 of the teachers up to 4th grade as my sons are the same age). Good education. Best school in the district.
I have children who have just completed the 5th and 2nd grades. I must say that we have been blessed with wonderful teachers thus far. My children are continuing to progress tremendously and my husband and I are very pleased.
