New Middleton School is one of the best schools I have been at in my 34 years of teaching. The principal, Mrs. Susie Woodard, cares more about the students than any other principal I have ever taught with; I love this school so much that my son was the first teacher's child to go K through 8th grade. My husband and I support this school with all our hearts. Great parents and wonderful students.

You could not ask for a better school than NMS in my opinion. The school maybe small but big things can come in small packages. Becky Hackett and the whole staff are great! Each child is treated the same as we would want someone to treat our child. Mrs. Hackett will and does stand behind what is right. She does not care to take up for her school if need be. Mrs. Hackett is a wonderful principal. All the staff are wonderful. Everyone is family oriented and that is what makes the school so wonderful. It does not matter who you are or what your name is - everyone is treated the same. NMS will always come together as a family when another NMS family is in need! Why fix something if it is not broken.

NMS is more than a school-it is family. As a long time teacher here I know that each child is treated as we would want someone to treat our child. Of course my children attended school here and I now have grandchildren attending. It is a joy to see the many successful children that come back to see us or send their children back to us. From the principal to the youngest Pre-K student we are proud of NMS>
