Thelma Barker Elementary has demonstrated high quality education for both of my children, a 3rd grader and a 1st grader with special needs. The administration, teaching, and support staff have a gift for working with children with special educational needs and their family. We have been extremely pleased with the quality of the academic education our children have received thus far.
