WE have two children at this school. They have the best teachers around who not only do an awesome job teaching the children academics but also do an awesome job of teaching them about God. I love this school!! I can't imagine my children going anywhere else. The faculty as a whole really love and care about the kids.
I graduated from Berean in 2010. My high school education enabled me to win a full scholarship at a competitive college. I am a rising junior, and I am pleased to say that Berean more than prepared me for college level classes.
Our three children love Berean - the teachers, the staff, and their fellow students. The students love and support one another better than any school I've ever seen. Academically all three of our children are far ahead of where we would have ever expected them to be. I would recommend Berean to any of my friends or family for their own children.
Berean was just such a blessing in my life for the seven years that I was a student there and it continues to be a blessing in my life today. The teachers and the administration are so helpful and friendly. You can tell that they really care about the students. Its an easy place for students to be accepted and be a part of the community. The fact that Berean has been a running school for thirty years and has never had more than 400 students K-12 is not a negative thing. Its a positive thing. Reason being is because this small enviroment allows students to build personal relationships and community with their peers, recieve extra help from teachers if needed, and grow in their faith. At the end of the day what makes Berean great is that the challenge students academically and spriitually, but in a loving and caring christian enviroment. Its a great school for parents to send their kids to.
Our five children all went to Berean and it is top-notch academically and all subjects are taught with a Christian world view. Spiritual thinking is not just tacked on, but a part of the fabric of what Berean is all about. I can whole-heartedly endorse it.
Wouldn't send my kids anywhere else! They love Berean. They have gotten a very high quality education.
Berean has an amazing staff, supportive parents and a "small community" feel. We love it there and have enjoyed watching our daughter grow emotionally, spiritually, and academically. I would highly recommend this school to anyone!
I attended BCS from Kindergarten through Eighth Grade and then entered public high school. I could not have been farther ahead of my new classmates academically. BCS not only strives for academic excellence, it achieves it. A direct correlation can be seen between the excellent teacher-student relationships at BCS and the output in student's character, demeanor, and academic achievement.
We feel so blessed to have been led to this wonderful school. Our children are thriving!
Terrific Godly staff and college-prep level work. Our children have been transformed coming from public education. We love Berean!
