I am a former student of LCMS and I would strongly encourage anyone to take their children to this school. I graduated from Anderson County High School, went to college and graduated Tennessee Technological University with a 4.0. I have also completed my master's degree with a 4.0, and LCMS was greatly influential in my success. Lake City may be a small town with some rough edges, but the teachers at LCMS maintain high instructional and curriculum standards and go out of their way to help students.
I am in Band (the only girl in the brass section I might add), Drama Club, Media Club, and Engineering Club at school and I love it! There are so many activities for us to be a part of. The teachers are wonderful and they give each of us special attention no matter how many students are in the room. The food is great and the we always have a great variety of choices at lunch. The school is overflowing with school spirit. Of course the we get into trouble sometimes, but Mrs.Moore handles us well. I give my school five stars.
