As a teacher, I have witnessed the incredible amount of dedication and involvement of the teachers and principals. Every teacher is extremely smart and pushes their students to learn and enjoy each suject. The Mr. Orr and Mr. Boling ensure that the school is kept safe and that the students not only learn, but also enjoy their day at school. We all welcome parents to visit and become involved in all areas of the school. I have truly loved working at the school for the past 5 years and hope to be there many more.

Lenoir City Middle School is a wonderful school! My son went there all 3 years and now my daughter is entering her 3rd year there. I'm actively involved in PTO and the school is very open to parent involvement. Both of my kids have had great teachers. I loved the implementation of Web Grader this past year; really helped in seeing assignments and grades long before report cards are issued. Chip Orr (principal) and Greg Boling (vice-principal) are easy-going guys who really connect with the kids. Couldn't be happier! Sherry S.

On the no child left behind comment a child must want to be helped and parent participation is a have to I have learned that you the parent must be a squeaky wheel constantly bug your teachers and if needed special ed teachers let them know you want help for your ask for parent teacher meetings if needed bring in the principal all this really does work belive me I know there are a lot of caring teachers at both Lenoir city Middle and Lenoir City High I have three children in this school system and all three are doing great.

The No Child Left Behind Policy does not seem to be of great importance to this school system.
