We are not officially part of the W.S. parent group, as yet, but are hoping to be one soon, this fall, with a daughter in 7th grade. We must commend the school for its assistance in our relocation to Tennessee, by guiding us in a clear manner on how to get admitted into the school's optional program. Kudos to Mrs. Blassinggame, the optional school co-ordinator, who has guided us from day 1 of our decision to get admittance here. She clearly outlined what paperwork was needed and suggested we get our daughter privately evaluated again for math if we were keen on enriched academics. Later, when we visited Memphis last week, she worked closely with us, told us what apartments the school bus caters to, suggested we call the transpo dept to get a wider view of the bus route and patiently answered all our queries on the school activities. Her clarity and southern hospitality has us overwhelmed,we eagerly await to join the team.

I think this is one of the best schools. All the teachers make sure students ge there on time, The principals handle discipline correctly. I think this is a safe school. I think all parents should enroll there students here.

White Station Middle is probably one of the best experiences my child has ever had in his educational experience. The administration is very stern, but they care about the kids - and the kids know it. My son was in the standard program and learned a lot. He was not treated differently just because he was not in the Optional Program. All the teachers were good - one in particular. The choir teacher, Mr. Williams, was by far the highlight of his two years there. This man is a teacher that every parent would want for their child. His love and devotion for the kids is evident in all he did for them. He always put them first, never himself. They sounded better than many high school choirs I have heard. White Station Middle ... thank you!

I think my child attends a very good school, he is getting the very best in education. With out this school I do not think he would be as smart as he is now.At this school the teachers really push the children and make them strive to do well.I also do not think our community would be so good with out this school.
