I went to Witt school for 8 yrs, I really like the school, and the staff was great. I moved away in 1981, I only wish that my daughter could have gone there.
My daughters attended Witt Elementary last year and we had a great experience! The teachers and staff are very good to the children and it is true that in a very short time period they know all the students by name. I think that makes the kids feel special and look forward to school each day!
I myself attended Witt Elemetary and I am proud that my son, who is now in the third grade, is able to reap the benefit of a quality education there also. He has some of the same teachers that I had. The low turnover rate of the teachers says alot for the type of school Witt is. I feel very comfortable turning the care of my child over to the teachers at Witt. It is a very supportive fellowship of educators there. Most go above and beyond there 7:30-3:30 requirements. When people ask me where my son goes to school I am proud to tell them Witt. He is not just another kid there, Everyone from the Principal to the Custodian know every student by name.
