My grandson loves this school and so do I. The curriculum is challenging and well rounded. The ESP program is wonderful. There is always something fun to do. The staff is caring and very helpful.
Two grandchildren went to this school. They felt comfortable in their surroundings, safe in their neighborhood and building. The whole school atmosphere was like one big family, led by an excellent person.
John Pittard is an excellent school with wonderful families, teachers, and administration. My child has attended the new school since it opened two years ago. JPE offers a quality, 5 STAR public education with a private school feel. There are plenty of opportunities for families to be a part of their child's education-parental involvement is welcomed and encouraged. We love being a part of the Pittard family.
We love John Pittard. John Pittard is a family not just a school. My kids have been with Mrs. Barton since Reeves Rogers. This school should have a rating of 10 out of 10.
Being retired military and having the opportunity to have raised my grown children through the different demographics and challenges that each new school would present was definately challenging but, an education in itself. Both for me and my children. To some they would say it was not an opportunity at all. However, if I had not seen first hand what a poor education 'looked' like then I would not reconize it today. Therefore, I would not be able to be proactive in my childs' education and speak out. I am very disappointed in the fact that a school that has absolutely nothing hindering it in being successful whatsoever is below an average 5 ranking. Is this the best a new public school in an area where there are 'no' substantial hardships can do? Faculty and administration certainly are not trying given the attitudes I've seen. Very Concerned Parent!!
Most of the teachers are fantastic! I'm pleased with the curiculum. It seems to be pretty challenging for my daughter. My daughter is very happy. The only things that I would say that were not planned well @ all is the parking, not enough playgrounds, and the lack of bleachers in the gym. Whatever happened to common sense. I don't see how those things could be so difficult to plan for.
My daughter attended this school for two years. This school is very unorganized, most of the teachers are rude (except Collier & Cotter). The priciple Mrs.Barton is very unprofessional. The E.S.P. staff is horrible, rude, and juvenile.
RR is such a family oriented school. All of the staff is friendly and easy to communicate with on a regular basis. My children love coming to school and I enjoy the relationship that my family has with everyone there.
Reeves Rogers is absoutely wonderful! My child has been to 3 different schools....Mitchell Neilson, Bellwood, and Reeves Rogers. Reeves Rogers makes the other two schools look like preschools. The principle is wonderful. The teachers are wonderful. I've noticed a lot of one on one time between the teacher and the student. The teachers go one step ahead to make sure their students are heading in the right direction. Unfortunately my son goes to Mitchell Neilson now.
This will be my son's third year there. There is a family feel to the school. I have been very pleased with the teachers my son has had. The teachers want you to be involved in your child's learning experience. Everyone is always friendly and smiling. I feel the door is always open to any questions or concerns that I may have.
