This school has declined greatly in the last 2 years. New school administrators that love to abuse their authority. No concern for student interests in more than one area. Can not handle unruly students with a reasonable punishment. Teachers with no love to teach students in a fun, yet serious manner. If you are a parent in the area and are considering sending your students to this school,I'd suggest Cosby High School instead.

Classes are a joke. There is no emphasis on education. Too much on football even though the program is "Less than spectacular". No leadership in place. Only a few teachers encourage excellence.

Easy to be an honor student. Came from the Midwest, and was not challeged at all. Teachers are nice, but the students who enter High School are so unprepared that they give up. Getting A grades was so easy here. I don't feel ready for college. If you're not interested in a college education, this school is fine.

This like most schools has its weaknesses. I suppose some of the teachers try their best but for some it is just a paycheck. Some students are unruly though so I guess it kind of offsets.

It is a great school. Our county has a small tax base and doesn't offer the greatest salary in the state. However the teachers here stive to do their best to educate the students to the best of their ability. As with any public school you will find those who choose not to work for their education. But this is one school that will provide an enriching education if you are willing to work hard to obtain it. Excellent work.

It's a great school. The principal, and vice-principal, are both very involved and discipline students in a way that teaches a lesson, but is not very harsh. No one is paddled or punished physically in any way by a teacher.
