This is my child's first year at the school. We have had daily communication from the school and the classroom websites give plenty of extra help in both the reading and the math curriculum. Pretty amazing.
This is for the 2008/2009 school year year and it is very disappointing. It is as if they do not want parent involvement, or for questions to be asked. Teachers open car doors to place child in and they do not even make eye contact. I hope it gets better
We moved from Florida to Tennessee. My daughter went to a five star school there.(Oldsmar Elementary) When I compare the two schools, the reading program in TN is way better than in FL. My only request would be to be more involved in the classroom activities. I have always been involved in the class/school until we moved to this area.
