Sewanee Elementary School

My son now attends Sewanee Elementary and he loves it. His teacher, Mrs. Whaley has been wonderful. And has answered any and all questions that I have had. Mr. Maxon is a great principal. I love the morals and teaching techniques they use to teach. I couldn't ask for a better school for my child. My son loves school and loves to learn. And I thank the staff at Sewanee Elementary for that. -Jami Edsall

I have lived in Sewanee all my life. I attended Sewanee Elementary K-6. I can honestly say that I would give anything to go back. Life is so simple. My values, friends, amazing educational experience..traveled with me to St. Andrew's-Sewanee School, Franklin County High School, and now to the University of TN-Chattanooga. Sewanee Elementary provides a warm loving, educational environment for your child. Sewanee offered so much to me throughout school. All of the teachers are respectful, intelligent, and outgoing. I hope to send my children to SES one day. Go Tigers! Not to mention, Mr. Maxon the Principal is a man of incredible morals and values.

Sewanee Elem is fortunate to have the staff that they have. Everyone is great and parent participation is wonderful also. Both of my children attended this school from Kindergarten on and I currently have a 6th grader there. We hate that this is our last year there.
