I went to this school 1975-1977 and just got my school a copy of my school records. Whoever said they throw them away is wrong. They made a copy, did not offer to give them away, and sealed the envelope. I liked Franklin County, good school. I even liked alot of the teachers. They tried to help me but I wouldn't let them in. They care, that is why they teach, it takes a caring person to want to teach cause I know the pay isn't all that great. Thank You Franklin County Teachers from 1975-1977. Hey Mr. Brown and Mrs. Blevins especially You 2.

I went to this school from 1993 - 1995 and I can not belive what I am hearing. They even throwed away the students records from thgose years. They did not even try to let the students know and ask us if we wanted to come pick our school record up. There was stuff in my main school record I would have loved to keep. But they screwed that up for me and it can never be replaced. My lawyer is working on a class action cases becouse of this.

My Grandson attends school here and it is the WORST most IMPERSONAL school I have ever seen. They act like they are running a maximum securtity juvenile detention center. No individuality.Every one is a criminal. Terrible operation of this school compared to others!!!

Good school with a good staff. This school with all schools must maintain control of the students and visitors. Keep up the good work and strive to improve.

i am a former student of FCHS and i think that the school has gone down hill since i have left i have a brother and a sister-in-law that goes there and they tell me that it feels like they r in prison there. I also thimk that it is rediculous that u wont allow outsiders to come in the school cause the way i look at it is that it is a public school for a reason and our tax dollars pay for that school and some of us former students who would like to come and visit some of our old teachers can't cause yall won't allow us to come in. There is a lot i could say bout the school but i won't cause it will do no good to say it. but other than the students that go there r feeling like they r in prison the school is a great school and i would recommend that anyone should go there but at the rate everything is going i will not let my children go there unless things go back to the way they were when i went there from 2006-2009.

There is no drama club, and now they've dropped choir! What kind of high school has no school plays. It's a travesty to the students seeking to pursue a future in theater arts. It breaks my heart to know my daughters who love theater as much as I did at their ages will not have the same experiences that I hold dear even 17 years later. If I had my way They would go else where.

I think the children should be watched closer and not be allowed to get away with everything because the parents have some pull in the community.

I think this is a terrific school! I'm not very pleased with it being clean! But overall Mrs. Spalding has a wonderful school! I also like Mrs. Spalding she is very nice and keeps this school running. I love FCHS.( its even better than Huntland!)

I am a former student of FCHS and I wouldn't recommend that this school be considered as a first choice. In all honesty, there are some excellent teachers there; However, I found it lacking due to the majority that chose favoritism or social status over true academic performance and accomplishments made. Some accomplishment has been made for the school to become less isolated and more involved in the real world. That being stated, take FCHS into consideration but, also think about driving the extra miles to have your child attend another school with better performance.
