As granparents who are passionate about education, we feel Olson Elementary has provided our grandchild an oustanding foundation for learning. She is curious and loves telling us about what she is studying when we see her, this helps us reinforce lessons. Her binder is well organized and the teacher's communication is clear. Most important she loves learning.

Supports LD students: Strongly agree

Our grandchild is in kindergarten and it is too early to tell. But the motivation of the teachers and the time spent with our grandchild inidcates this schools strong support for children with learning differences.

Teacher effectiveness: Strongly agree

Teachers encouragement are motivating. Instructions to lessons are clear and concise. Children are encouraged to read and bring a library book of their choice home weekly. In addition the student's family is encouraged to read daily with and to the student. This in invaluable.
