Savannah Lakes Elementary School

Savannah Lakes is a great school. My kids have had great teachers there. The office staff and principal are very helpful. I am so glad that my kids go there!

We have been very happy with our child's experience at Savannah Lakes. Both the principal and assistant principal are friendly, helpful, and accessible. The teaching staff is excellent. Parents show their support for their children's education by being present at school events and active in the Booster Club. All in all, and excellent school!

We have been nothing but pleased with the education that our daughter is receiving at Savannah Lakes Elementary School. Her classroom teacher is engaging and professional. The GT teacher is positively exceptional. We have also been very happy with the PE teachers, art teacher, and music teacher. Savannah Lakes has a wonderful leadership team in the principal and assistant principal. Parent involvement at the school is evident in the strong support given to the Booster Club (PTO). But most importantly, our daughter is happy, engaged, and appropriately challenged at Savannah Lakes.

Teaching staff and administration are not very friendly. My son complains about how mean his teacher is ALL the time. Instructional methods are average. The student body is very diverse, however, the teachers and staff are not.....

Office staff are very rude, do not engage, and impersonal. Teachers differ extremely with experience, teaching style, and expectations. Appears to be a lack of cohesiveness. There is very little opportunity to volunteer. Not impressed so far, sorry.

So far, weve had positive experiences about this school. The staff is attentive and my daughter's teacher is awesome! Keep up the good work. We want to continue to say that Savannah Lakes display good quality education for our kids.

Dont like this school, disorganized, kids are rude as well as the parents.

Of course my kids were only able to attend the school until the Hurricane Ike came but so far it's off to a super start! Love the enthusiasm from the staff. They all really take a huge interest in the students. My girls come home happy everyday. Extracurricular activity info flows well unlike Don Jeter Elem last year.
