Bowie is the best school you can send your child to.I went there and my son goes there. The music program is unbelievable and shows sucess from the director and the boys choir and girls choir every year. The sport program is nothing but sucess with championship wins and well it is just great.Student Council is a great way to get involved, with a great student body president and vice president and student council officers of this pass year and the involvement of march of dimes, I think this school is wonderful school.Bowie is well an extraordinary school and has magnificent staff, administration, teachers and students

Bowie is a good school with great teachers. The school struggles to meet the TAKS standards in most areas. The music programs are up and coming programs. There are better teachers now than ever before in the music department. Bowie enjoys much success in athletics. Many city championships are earned by Bowie students. Parent involvement is very low at Bowie. Many of the homes are single parent homes and there are many homes where both parents must work to make ends meet. Bowie struggles to get parents involved. Students at Bowie have a desire to learn and the teachers truly try to meet the needs of students.
