The staff is very dedicated. Office staff and principals ---wonderful! I worked here and cannot say enough about the staff. The kids at this age are a challenge---but you need to be special to teach Jr High----I give the staff an A t ----loved working there. Kids were awesome.

I went to school here and there were a lot of issues that needed to be addressed. Problems were not solved in a professional matter, and I will never have my kids go to this school. The principal we had ten years ago, I hope has been fired and replaced with someone who knows how to do their job.

Our son had to attend APMS this year from September-December, due to circumstances beyond our control. I also was shocked that this school has no advanced classes for the gifted children.

My child is in 7th grade. We just moved here from out of state. All I know is this has got to be the most problematic school for us. My daughter is an A-B student and has gotten honor rolls from her other schools. We have never had a problem with her at school nor have we ever had a teacher complain about her. We are the type of parents that try our best to always be aware of her academics. A.C. Blunt are so concentrated for the students to be by-the-book-perfect uniforms rather than seeing my daughters potentials. My husband and I have always monitored her clothing. So get a grip on what's more important. A student can actually get suspended because of a uniform that is not the exact specification? Where is the justice on witholding a child from learning because she had one pocket wrong?

I'm not a parent but I am a student and this school has national junior honor soc. and though were not like Portland we always thrive to have more spirit, and advanced wise these kids know whats needed and we have academic classes so sorry if you got wrong information. A.C. Blunt is always going to be a family to the kids, and as for teachers look for Ms. Rita Allen, Mrs. Crenshaw or Mr. Larmore teachers that have gone the extra mile to making this school successful this school is run by one of the best assistant principals so with all the fun here that's the reward.

Besides the school uniforms, I think A.C Blunt middle school is a nice school. The uniforms are definatley an issue, they make the kids look the same and they are all indiviaduals! If only the board would change this and Arnasas Pass middle school would be a better school.

We moved from Portland, and I am shocked at how little they have for academically gifted kids. My son no longer has Natl. Jr. Honor Soc. because AP doesn't have that! In Portland he was in 7 Advanced Placement subjects, but here there is only 1! I am shocked how behind AP is! No wonder the grades are so low here! No reward!
