We have seen amazing progress in our grandson since his parents enrolled him at Legacy Oaks Christian School: from previously hating school to loving it now; from failing academically to now being on the Honor Roll every quarter; from being a sad little boy to now a cheerful, confident young man. Thank God for Legacy Oaks Christian School!

My son has been at Legacy Oaks for four years and I have been an active volunteer. When I am at the school, I see how hard the teachers work and how much they care about their students. My son came from a 'blue ribbon' elementary school, yet he struggled academically when he first came to LOCS. I have seen the academics grow more rigorous every year, but because of the small class sizes and the individual attention he has received, he is now on the Honor Roll for the first time in his life. More importantly, he is learning and feels good about himself. I can't say enough about this wonderful school.

We are very pleased with the school. The small class sizes foster a cohesive warm environment that lends itself well learning and promoting self-esteem.

My son has been at Legacy Oaks Christian School for 6 years. He will graduate this year and is very excited about starting college, but sad to leave Legacy Oaks. Being a bright student, he has been able to work ahead in his academic studies and will graduate a year early from High School (with Distinguished Achievement grad. requirements). Legacy Oaks' adademic program exceeds the Texas public school graduation requirements - so we are thrilled with the academic path that Legacy Oaks has provided for him.

We have 2 children at Legacy Oaks and are extremely happy with the school and the teachers. Our childrens classrooms have a teacher to student ratio of 1:14 as well as a full-time teacher assistant which allows each child to get the attention they need or at least better than what they will get elsewhere. They also have a resourse teacher who will work with your child 1 on 1 during the school days if your child exhibits needs in certain subjects. The environment is loving, the teachers are organized, prepared and encouraging and the children express compassion towards one another while learning to work with each other and all age groups.

My son and his friends were unhappy here, due to the lack of structure and poor administration/discipline. Legacy Oaks may be right for children that are quiet and need little guidance with schoolwork, but it doesn't work well for children that need a little help.

I am writing to express my deep happiness at how well my daughter is doing at Legacy Oaks. When my daughter was at public school she didn t care about anything but what her friends were doing and who didn t like who. Now she is interested in school and is blossoming into a very happy and educated young lady and that is b/c of Legacy Oaks. She has totally made a 180 degree turn and is actually enjoying school and cares about her grades. I have never seen this in her before. I am very lucky to have had Legacy Oaks accept my daughter into this wonderful school. She has learned so much in a short amount of time and gained many new friends. I feel the school is doing a fantastic job at teaching my daughter and I recommend this school to everyone.

Legacy Oaks is one of the few schools in Austin that accepts and works with dyslexic children. They provide lots of extra support to help them to be successful. My son has benefitted from a classroom where he is challenged, accepted, and made to feel successful.

This year is the second year for my granddaughter at Legacy Oaks and she has 6 classmates that are also spending their 2nd years with Legacy Oaks, because we are very pleased with the high quality education they are receiving. My granddaughter was shy and reluctant to leave Mom & Dad at the beginning. Legacy Oaks encourages my granddaughter and shows her how important she is at school. She is eager to learn and respects her teachers and friends. I like the variety of courses she is learning at Legacy Oaks: sign language, music, Mandarin plus all the core subjects. I can visit the classroom anytime of the day and see happy children. It is such a comfort to know she is safe and in a great learning environment.

My son came from a public school where he was bullied and teased. He was sad and withdrawn. Legacy Oaks has been warm and welcoming. He is slowly coming out of his shell and we are getting our son back.
