The teachers at this school work very hard. My kids have been at the school for years now and they have always been very successful. The adminstrators are always there to talk to you if there is a problem. I cannot think of a better and more caring school for my childre.
I didn't know my child was really behind in reading until I received his report card and went online to view it.There I realized he had already been enrolled for summer school. During the year I didn't any kind of support such as mentoring , or tutoring information.
The school works really hard to give extra tutoring for the students. But I would not put your child in this school. The teachers there are very non caring and have very bad attiudes..This school does not make a effort to touch base with you about how your child is performing until the end of the school year. You have to stay on top of them about everything
This school works really hard to give the extra tutoring for the students that need it for the TAKS. Parent involvement is low, but the ones that do participate do again and again.
