McAllister Intermediate School

I think McAllister is a good school. We seem to have a good balance of students and faculty from various backgrounds. Students are monitored in order to keep a safe environment for learning. Academics are taught by many good teachers. Some veteran teachers are some of the best in the business. Many teachers are educators as a calling, not just a job. The campus is in good condition for its age, and kept as clean as possible. The cafeteria serves good food. The extra curricular activities and library are well managed. The office staff does a superior job, but is often misunderstood as short or rude. The Principal manages two campuses. He is one of the best principals in the area. The Vice Principal and Counselor are wonderful, and very helpful. I think it would be hard to find a better school in our area.

I am a student and I absolutely hate it here! The new vice principal is going out of control. We have to raise our hands just to throw our trash away at lunch. They talk to you like you are their dog. Some nights I cry because there is so much pressure on you.You have so many tests to do, and so much studying. There is no playtime, and you can't even talk to your friends in the hallway between classes. They also give so much homework. Their food is sometimes very disgusting. Everytime I think of these things it hurts. I recommend for you not to come to this school.
