FROM A FORMER STUDENT: The school is attached to an adolescent mental health service center, obviously causing a need for much higher security, and a lot of extra supervision. As the comment below states, it does resemble a prison for people who aren't used to seeing these types of situations, but compared to other schools such as this this wasn't the worst. The teachers were, for the most part uninterested and you didn't get much physical activity in the gym. The coach sat in a chair and told you to find something to do. He had a 2 basketballs and there were hoops in there. He was SUPPOSED to keep you active 45 minutes, I, personally would sit in the corner with all but two people (it's like 6-9 to a class). He'd blow his whistle every once in awhile and tell us to walk laps around the gym. Escape attempts and attacks from patients, are announced over a speaker in every room, kind of unsettling... But the teachers there taught well, and were kind. They taught me a lot, and never yelled. It was better than any normal school.

HORRIBLE!!!!!! I would never send my child to this place. It's like a prison for children.
