Miller Heights Elementary School

As a former student at Miller Heights,I have seen Many GREAT changes to Miller Heights.My kids love there teachers, Mrs.Velo and Mrs Ross. They all work together as a team to help my kids learn.I Hate to know that one day they will grow out of Miller Heights.MY kids love there school and so do I !

I am an old miller heights student and the change over the last 25 years has been amazing. My son loves this school. They have taught him to be a super student and young man. Velo rocks this school. She stands behind her students, teachers and parents and you can always catch her for a chat most days. She is very involved with the ar programs and encourages the students everyday to be readers.We have super parent involvement. There is always a place in any of the classrooms for you to help out or just visit your child. Pta is great. If you have kids, this is the greatest place a mom can go and have fun while doing a world of good. The teachers are super supporters for each other also. They are there to help each other to be the best they can be for my kid.Very pleased mom.

I really like Miller Heights, my children seem to do alot better at Miller Heights. Mrs. Velo makes me want to bring my kids to school instead of them riding the bus. She's real good with the kids.
