I have 3 children in Bowie elementary school. When my son began going to this school he had failed the year before in another district. His teacher Mrs. Brown was wonderful with him. He finished the school year exceeding his limits and the limits that were expected by the school. His reading level in the middle of the first grade was at third grade level. Now he is a straight A student with self esteem and confident that he can do anything. I have to give a special thanks to Mrs. Brown for helping my son exceed his limits and for caring so much about her students. My other two children in this school are also doing very well in this district. I believe that Bowie Elementary is one of the best schools that my children have gone to.
