Russell is a great elementary school. Since surrounds and very safe for the children. Teachers and staff care for the children.

Personally I am very happy with the teachers, administration and staff at this school. My son has done so well and looks forward to attend school eveyday!

As a first year mom at this school, I am very impressed with the teachers but unfortunately the administration needs some adjustment. Also there are no after school activities to help us keep our children busy.

The school has a long history of setting the standard for other Brownsville schools. Five years ago, I could certainly see why. My oldest child had the opportunity to be educated by strong experienced teachers however it seems in the last two years that there are too many young, inexperienced teachers at this campus.
