This school has an average of 1 to 7 teacher-student ratio. They do not use grades (A, B, C, D, F) but rather use praise and additional help when needed. They do not believe in nightly homework. School work is done during school and the evenings are for family time. (What a concept!) They respect each student as an individual who has their own talents and level of achievement. This is the way that all schools should operate.
I love this school, the curriculum is excellent and teaches life skills as well as the basic acedemic endeavors. I have 2 nieces and 2 nephews that attend here and they are all bright and inquisitive. The school has wonderful activities that teach the children about other cultures. The staff is friendly and always helpful and parents are encouraged to drop in for a visit anytime with consideration to being too disruptive. I think Brazos School for Inquiry % Creativity is an excellent place to learn and grow. Their test results speak for themselves.
