I have 3 children attending this school and im definitely not impressed at all.. If we did not live in the bynum school district they would not be attending.. The Superintendent is the most uncaring, rude person i have ever had to deal with. The principle is ok. High School is a joke.. and as far as elementary and jr high its borderline. I wish they would get new teachers in this school

I came to Bynum after attending a charter school. This is my third year here and I as impressed as I was the day I came. The entire staff is helpful to students. There aren't as many extracarricular activities, but what can you expect in a school with an average 15-20 students per grade. Bynum ISD is a great school.

I was thrilled after my daughter's first year, but when the best principal in the word left the school, everything went downhill from there. If you have a special ed. student, don't come here. They don't want parents involved with the school, because they don't want parents knowing what goes on there. The Superintendent either doesn't know the laws regarding special ed, or she just doesn't follow them. This will be our fourth year at this school. I think if the school had someone else in charge, great changes could be made, as this school was awesome just a few years ago.

Provided an excellent education for my daughter. Superintendent is superior in all regards and should be so recognized by the State of Texas and local community.
