As with any school in Texas, the teachers must teach to the test, so they lose the little things that are important to learn. Most teachers there are good, the administration is too small and too self absorbed to really pay attention to the students. The school is too large for students to engage in social learning alongside academic. I had 1 child go Kinder through 3rd without knowing anyone in her class, 4th she knew at least 1 but never got to see anyone in classes outside the partner class. Way to large of a school! Also, ADHD will continue to rise if they won't give the kids more than 10 minutes to run their energy out. Recess is 10 per day. Kids still need to release energy and stretch!

This School has great teachers but needs a new principal. Her clothes, hair and status are important to her. She will put her teachers into tears in front of parents and if you disagree with her she will send CPS to your house and the state apologizes for the false accusations. Brandi Parker should get worst principal of the year. This school has such great potential and needs a leader that cares.

Too many kids for 1 principle, 1 vice and staff spread too thin. Act fast to get a Teacher that Cares, like Mrs. Barnes, they can be requested (highly recommend doing so)
