Comfort Elementary has a very high quality of education. The teachers work well together in grade level teams to provide the best learning plan for the students. The special education department is excellent in evaluation and coordnating to meet each child's needs. The Administration is excellent and the parent involvement is very good.

Academics are provided in a loving, caring atmosphere. I got the help I needed for my son. The kids are friendly and respectful to one another. They encourage one another. The teachers make learning fun, but challenge the students to do their best.

Comfort Elementary School provides a wonderfully loving and safe environment for students and some of the best teachers I have ever met. The class size is small, and I absolutely love the small town atmosphere. On the other hand, I worry that my children are not getting the level of education that other children are getting. I think the school need to step up to the plate in the curriculum arena. Compare their programs to those of schools in near by districts and come up with a plan for getting CISD on track.
